All About my NARS experience (Nars Malaysia)

I guess y'all read the title & yes! It's all about NARS post. 

NARS has been available in Malaysia since last year. And clearly I only started to get my sneaky hands on it around time when they introduced their Audacious Lipstick line!! Obviously was a fan of NARS eyeshadow duo & that Laguna-Orgasm blush bronzer duo BUT! Audacious lipsticks just brought up the A game! 

I went haywire for real when I first got the NARS Audacious in Jane & Sandra. Jane is a pretty terracotta shade, more of a brown-apricot on me. Where as Sandra is that perfect fall deep red shade, I opted for Sandra as I adore the rich brown-red undertone. And which my Audacious lipsticks collection has further expanded to 5 in total at the moment! 

Plus, my holygrail product would be their tinted Moisturizer ❤️❤️❤️

Like you don't even need me to tell you how amazing this product is!!!!!!!!!

Ok, back on track. Last weekend I attended the Nars private event/workshop in which was held at Tanzini, G Tower Hotel. God bless that view from 28th floor! We're honoured to have Sada Ito-San who is the international leading make up artist would teach up a few tricks upon the all new dual intensity blushes & eyeshadow which has been release in their FALL COLLECTION and they can be used in both dry & wet method that will allow you to achieve that intensify look easily!!  Sada-San also taught us a few tricks on how to let the make up last longer & also how to create two different looks! 

Also! We were all given two little NARS lipglosses as a door gift that comes with roses & hydrangeas ❤️ And we got to try out all sorts of NARS products all range from their All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation, Soft Velvet Loose Powder, Creamy Radiant Concealer and their NARS SKIN collection. 

And I HAVE TO SAY THAT you do not expect good skin care products from cosmetics company BUT their Nars Skin range are AMAZING! You need to try it yourself to know it, I can't even describe all the good things that happened to my skin ❤️ And that lemongrass scent is just soothing!! 

And taa-daa this was my ultimate night look with smoky eyes & dark red lips.

I am wearing the Fall Collection Limited Edition's Semi Matte Lipstick in VIP RED. a perfect blue-toned deeeep red! 

P/S: Sorry not sorry about my eyebags, I asked a few tips from Sada-san to cover it up though! Hahaha

And here I am with my one-day make up neighbour! Ms.Fetana ❤️❤️❤️ Only met her on that day itself and you can't believe how kind she is! Such a lovely one, kind soul!

What's in my makeup bag?

A quarter of my makeup collection, & part of my normal makeup routine. 

p/s: i'm pretty sure that these products spent most of their time in my makeup bag!  

Some of my favourites :

Urban Decay's Naked2 Palette

- having all my favourite shimmering & matte colours, multiple choices of colour combinations for different looks.

The Body Shop's Bronzer

- my 2nd Bronzer, gives very light & natural effect for contouring simply with a light dust under my cheekbones. 

Benefit's Fake It Up concealer

-the best concealer I've had so far! It's has the just right texture for concealer, not so liquid-ish nor cream-ish. Perfectly conceals all your flaws! Especially puffy eyes & dark circles.

Maybelline's Mascara, Lip Balms & Gel Liner ( Stiletto Long & Hypercurl) 

- the best long & volume-ish lashes I could ever obtain by using this two affordable mascara

-Gel liner ; smudge free, waterproof & easy to apply!

-Lip balms, one of my favourite! Good scent & extremely moisturising! 

Canmake's Blusher

- my only blusher so far. My favourite warm pink toned base blusher, sadly the production line for this particular colour ended for some time now. It's one of my really limited edition collection now.

when i first read the comment, I felt angry and sumpah macam nak baling selipar jepun colour biru putih yang orang bawak pergi jamban tu kasi sepak-sepak muka anonymous ni sampai pecah gigi berterabur atas lantai then pijak2 sampai jadi serbuk pastu tiup...fiu~ (that was a joke people, take a chill pill)



Dahla takde telur letak comment as anonymous. Hey if you dare to say something so racist like that fcking have the balls to put your name and all, claim your right to speak up your mind. Don't say something but hide behind ketiak mak kau! I'm sorry if this post sounds a tad bit rude, but i really feel that I have the right to do so. I am not sure whether you're saying tht for me or for zenny but FCK you, still. (with passion and love xoxo lol)


I thought living in this country, being in an integrated community, people are more receptive towards an interracial relationship but when I think back of all the times I see people giving me or him the look for walking with a person from a different race holding hands, I could feel the piercing eyes and the snide remarks (no I don't have bionic eyesight or hearing) especially from older people, for instance makcik pakai tudung senget ikat bawah dagu and pakcik yang bawak anak misai tebal (bukan Datuk K), or the old uncle with the kedai kopi main mahjong shorts and aunty with super permed hair and flower blouse....wahhh their stares ah i tell youuuuu, if ada laser can burn a hole in my tank top mannn. But then again, I can still accept it from those kind of people because i'd understand if they are not really exposed to the whole interracial thingy.



Don't fret, I'm not being bias to anyone, I'm a product of interracial marriage too. Damn bloody rojak I must say. So love doesn't take into account of what race you are, most important is how you treat the other person with much respect and care no matter what background you come from. And being with another person from a different race taught me about being open in conversations, to not judge, listen, learn and be more sensitive. I'm not saying we are surely gonna marry each other but everyday is a learning experience for me, and I'm thankful that he's also very open and receptive to the idea of me being culturally contemporary but still sticking to my roots and religions on some parts.



What pissed me the most are those youngsters who always talk as if their race is fckg superior than the other. Come on man, you go to a cinema ada ke segregated area according to race? you go clubbing also like that ke? got ke Changkat only for Malays and Heritage only for Chinese. Got ke? I can proudly say that me and my friends all don't care about our differences in race, religion and upbringing and we click very well. We can even talk about any of the topics openly. Joking about the stereotypical standards are fine, but not up to the point of being serious about who's better than who. So shame on you people who seem to think that me and my friends are fcked up or me being with zenny is totally wrong. I don't seem to think there's anything wrong about it. Religion issue put aside, we are all totally the same, just different in skin colour.



Penat Yasmin Ahmad buat movie nak buka kan mata rakyat Malaysia on race integration, siap semua orang puji, standing ovation, "great movie", "an eye opener", "kisah cinta sejati orked and sape tah nama dia" etc etc but actually there are still that many Malaysians who are still blind, surprisingly not colour blind -_-

Bad memory system nowdays, sorry about it.
had lots of fun with our Svian Legacy members and also the Subang Utama's guys.
One of them seriously helped me out alot that day, i wanted to thank you again :)
'cause i've came into this FUNNY INCIDENT which is some sorta things la, don't feel lik etalking about it anymore, it's just out of the blue and I'M GONNA FIRE THAT ADIDAS GUY IF I'M THE BOSS! pfft.
